Drunk Teddy Bears
Chaucer and I have been rather naughty, we got tipsy. We spent most of this morning sitting by a window in the lounge relaxing. We were drinking lovely cold pints of beer, and the Euro Top 20 on MTV was on in the background. The gloriously warm sun was streaming in through the window. We were enjoying the Euro Top 20 so much that we didn’t realise quite how many pints of beer we had drunk. The songs we enjoyed the most were, Lily Allen~LDN, All Saints~Rock Steady, Christina Aguilera~Hurt, Sugababes~Easy, The Killers~When You Were Young, Justin Timberlake~Sexyback (Re Edit), Scissor Sisters~I Don’t Feel Like Dancing, Nelly Furtado~Promiscuous, and another Justin Timberlake ~ My Love. Unsurprisingly after a while we both began feeling a little worse for wear. Maybe this will teach us a valuable lesson about the demon drink, but I doubt it will be the last time we over indulge. Thankfully we managed to find some sunglasses to shield our eyes from the bright sunshine, and we didn’t want anyone to see us so drunk. I’m not looking forward to the hangover that is sure to follow this bout of drinking. Hopefully a good long afternoon nap will make us feel much better. A nap and a couple of large glasses of water, which I will get for us now before we go to bed.
